We have a strict No kid policy in the salon. ( we will not be able to do your scheduled service and you will be charged a late cancellation fee)

To ensure the safety of your little ones and allow our stylists to focus entirely on your service, children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a scheduled service. Our salon contains hot tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments that make it an unsafe environment for unsupervised children. Thank you for making childcare arrangements and for your understanding.

Color -Listed prices are a general guideline of our pricing structure, extra charges may apply due to different factors such as hair length and condition. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. (this applies for ALL late cancellations sickness. emergencies, etc.) If you fail to provide 24 hours notice when cancelling/rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment booked service.

If you no-show for your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.

*service fee will be required to book any and all future appointments.

Consultations are complimentary and required for all new color services, including Lightening, Balayage, and Grey Blending.

If you're not completely happy with your results, no worries! We offer a 1-week window for complimentary adjustments, as long as it’s something you discussed with your stylist during the consultation. If you decide to change your look after the service, additional charges will apply. Services are non-refundable. Management reserves all rights.
